I I didn’t come from money — I came from hustle.

I’m Michael Nikolica, and I started investing in real estate at 22 years old, learning through house hacking, long drives across Ontario for work, and making the most of every opportunity I could find. Over time, that turned into 7 figures earned, 20+ deals completed, and deep hands-on experience in renovation, construction, landlording, Airbnb, and wholetailing.

Along the way, I also spent 25 years in policing, including anti-money laundering work, which trained me to think differently than most investors: protect the downside, verify everything, stay organized, and operate with integrity.

Today, I raise capital from private lenders to fund new projects — where the goal is simple: double-digit returns backed by real assets and strong execution.

But the bigger “why” is legacy: I’m building a purpose-driven business that revitalizes communities locally while also helping build homes for those less fortunate through efforts like Freedom Tree in Sierra Leone, and future work in places like El Salvador with organizations such as Habitat.

I’m also a tech nerd at heart — systems, Notion, automation, VAs — and I’m building a global platform to unify investors and uncover off-market deals at scale.
